Question 1:
If your name is Jesse and you were walking down the street and someone started waving from across the street calling you Jordan, what would be your first response or reaction? Think about that for a second.
Question 2:
If your name is Alex and you got a check for a million dollars, could you cash it if the name you saw on the check was Aubrey?
That goes the same for spiritual matters as well, because most people observe that a name does not matter when it comes to The Most High but we all know that's highly incorrect. If the name does not matter then why does he say his name throughout the bible and tell us that it is his name forever?
Why do we then have to confess his name as stated in:
2 Esdras 2:45-47
[45]He answered and said unto me, These be they that have put off the mortal clothing, and put on the immortal, and have confessed the name of God: now are they crowned, and receive palms.
[46]Then said I unto the angel, What young person is it that crowneth them, and giveth them palms in their hands?
[47]So he answered and said unto me, It is the Son of God, whom they have confessed in the world. Then began I greatly to commend them that stood so stiffly for the name of the Lord.
Let's get some things clear:
- A name you choose to call someone isn't their actual name.
- A name you made up from a language you don't speak is not a valid name for someone who already established their name from the beginning in a particuar language.
- A name has to be acknowledged and accepted by the recipient who is being called the name otherwise the name is invalid.
Proof and witnesses is a good way to find out if something is true or not and the bible is a great place to start your research.
I have heard many names for the FATHER and his SON:
- Sonni sonani
- Yahweh
- Yahshwashi
- Yahuah
- Lord
- God
- Yahawashi
- Jesus
- Mary
- El shadi
- Hosanna
- Baal
- Yah
- Jah
- Selahsee
- Rastafari
- Nyabingi
The Most High says there is nothing new under the sun. Of all the names I have heard, none have true precepts or evidence to back up their claims.
We wrote this because there is not enough people talking about it and if someone you know is calling the wrong name, why can't they provide proof to state why they have that particular belief?
The Messiah says in : John 17:26
[26]And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
What do you observe in the bible are the consequences for calling on the wrong name if any?
So if he has already declared unto us his name why is everyone so confused and divided?
1 Corinthians 14:33
[33]For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Didn't Paul ask us to be of one mind? Is the Messiah divided from the Father in mindset?
- The answer is simple, do your research, don't base your research on videos you have watched or commentaries you have read in the past which will only corrupt your better judgment.
- Search for precepts and see what you find and if there is no connection, things don't add up or there's a negative stigmatization behind the name, then that is definitely incorrect and not of The Most High.
Remember, The Most High is not the author of confusion so why would both good and bad be associated with one word or a name for that matter?
