What is worship? What is Worship ? Different forms of worship? Is there a wrong way to worship? What is the true meaning of worship? What is the purpose of worship? Genesis 24:26 [26] And the man bowed down his head, and worshipped the Lord.  Genesis 24:52 [52] And it came to pass, that, when Abraham's servant heard their words, he worshipped the Lord, bowing himself to the earth. Exodus 34:8 [8] And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.  2 Chronicles 29:28-30 [28] And all the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded: and all this continued until the burnt offering was finished. [29] And when they had made an end of offering, the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves, and worshipped. [30] Moreover Hezekiah the king and the princes commanded the Levites to sing praise unto the Lord with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed thei...

The parent's duties to their children

Parents Duties

The parents responsibility to their children or
the responsibilities that parents have to their children.

Deuteronomy 5:16
[16]Honour thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Being a parent does not stop just because your child has become of age, in fact parental management is a life long journey.

Parents have a say even unto marriage and beyond if they are in the truth and practicing the ways of TMH.

One example of this is in
1 Samuel 25:43-44
[43]David also took Ahinoam of Jezreel; and they were also both of them his wives.
[44]But Saul had given Michal his daughter, David's wife, to Phalti the son of Laish, which was of Gallim.
Here we see your father/parents is entitled to take you out of any uncomfortable situation in marriage if need be.

The parents are to lay up for the children.
2 Corinthians 12:14
[14]Behold, the third time I am ready to come to you; and I will not be burdensome to you: for I seek not yours, but you: for the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

Also look at how the birthright is bestowed.
Genesis 27:26-29
[26]And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.
[27]And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:
[28]Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:
[29]Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

The birthright can be move to be given to the most responsible child of the family according to

1 Chronicles 5:1
[1]Now the sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel, (for he was the firstborn; but, forasmuch as he defiled his father's bed, his birthright was given unto the sons of Joseph the son of Israel: and the genealogy is not to be reckoned after the birthright.

In your adult life as a parent, don't you still have a responsibility to listen to our Father which is in heaven as THE MESSIAH did when he was on earth?
Matthew 3:16-17
[16]And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
[17]And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Your function as a parent is not to abandon, but to put a firm hand on your children.

Not to provoke your children to wrath

[4]And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Father's are supposed be the head of their house.
