 What is worship? What is Worship ? Different forms of worship? Is there a wrong way to worship? What is the true meaning of worship? What is the purpose of worship? What is Baptism? 
Baptism is the transformation of the spirit by the washing of the word

The washing of the water by the word comes from reading the bible and understanding what you read and applying it, here, a transformation in your spirit is supposed to take place in order for you to change from the old man to the new man. 

The first time baptism was instituted was by John the Baptist in:

Matthew 3:11

[11] I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:

Precept : Acts 19:3-5

[3] And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.

[4] Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.

[5] When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

[6] And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

[7] And all the men were about twelve.

Matthew 3:15-16

[15] And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

[16] And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

Mark 1:9-10

[9] And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

[10] And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:


Luke 3:21-22

[21] Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,

[22] And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

Do you need to be Baptised?

If you're referring to the dunking of a person into water then no, but if you're referring to the washing of the water by reading the word, yes.
You do need to be baptised spiritually in order to access salvation.

Please note there was no literal water involved in this transformation.

Does Salvation and Baptism go together?

Yes, they do go together, because salvation is of the jews, salvation is for you once you are a jew, what you need to do to get salvation is to keep the most High's commandments and statues in order to get baptised from reading the word, this process can take up to as long as one's lifetime according to how zealous someone is to change.

If you don't get baptised before death, what will happen?

Well it appears that you have already chosen a side to not be baptised by the washing of the word, which also involves reading and understanding the bible whilst keeping his commandments, if you have not done these things, it is clear which side you have chosen, it is now left for TMH to tell you that he knew you not.

Matthew 7:23
[23] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

John 14:24
[24] He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

Meaning of Water : 
Ephesians 5:26
[26]That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

[4]Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
[5]Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

1 John 5:6
[6]This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
