[15]And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Who is the “I” in Genesis 3:15 referring to or who was speaking the curse?
The term “I” or the person that was speaking the curse in this particular scripture was The Most High, he was bestowing a curse upon the serpent for deceiving Eve.
What does Enmity mean?
Enmity means a state or feeling of active opposition or hostility.

Who is the serpent's seed?
• Matthew 23:33

Who is the woman's seed?
• Luke 1:30-31
[30]And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
[31]And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
• Matthew 1:16
[16]And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.

- So essentially, this is a curse given to the serpent on the surface of things
- Digging deeper, we see a prophecy of a war between their offsprings
- It also went further to explain that the war wouldn't end there but the remnant which keeps the commandments would be under war with the serpent.
- So it's both a curse and a prophecy.
Context
I (The Most High) will put opposition between the serpent / devil and the woman / Israel and between the serpent's seed / giants and the woman's seed / The Messiah
The Messiah shall bruise the serpent's / devil's head and the serpent / devil shall bruise The Messiah's heel
